Why Not Pass Out a Coaching Evaluation Form?

Notice: This article was written by Steve Jordan, Coach's Notebook. Email the author at sjordan@alaskalife.net.

The following form offers an opportunity to get critical feedback from your players and parents once the season is completed. The input may surprise you - and that's OK - but it also allows you to modify your program to make it more satisfactory to your clientele ... your players and parents. Obviously, you may change the questions as needed, but a feedback form gives you big points for being a communicative coach and chances are some of the responses will help you build a more effective team.
